Phil was first licensed as a Realtor in 1983 and has been active in real estate in Virginia and Maryland as well as Nevada. With his extensive background in both the military and the corporate worlds, he has first-hand experience with the ups and downs, ins and outs and frustrations of moving....whether across town or across the world. Phil knows:
• How difficult it is to uproot the family and plant them in a new and unknown environment.
• How important it is to have a Realtor who aggressively markets your home so that you can focus on the more important aspects of moving your family and career.
• How critical it is to have a competent professional on the receiving end of your transfer, one who possesses honesty, integrity and commitment to your needs.
• The planning and consideration that go into choosing a retirement location and moving to a new locale.
• The needs and concerns of the investor looking to maximize their return on investment.

Phil has an extensive background in management and business in both the public and private sectors extending for more than 40 years. As a U.S. Naval Officer and aviator he is a Vietnam vet who commanded a squadron of over 300 men and later ran the office responsible for the research, development, test, evaluation and acquisition of Navy and Marine Corps air traffic control systems. As an executive in the aerospace industry, Phil oversaw the operations and management of three corporate subsidiaries responsible to the U.S. government for overseeing the safety of aircraft operating over the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. He later established and directed the international marketing operations of that corporation including setting up and managing corporate offices in Thailand, China and Latin America.

He has degrees from both Duke University and the University of Southern California. Phil and his wife Bonnie live in the Summerlin Master Planned Community where he is an active hiker, fitness advocate, sports buff, aviation enthusiast and grandfather. He is active in Conservative causes, is the founder of the Siena Conservatives, past President of the Siena Veterans Club, Board member of the Nevada Republican Men's Club and President of the Duke University Club of Las Vegas.
